• 2 1/2 cups Plain Flour
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 Cup Unsalted Butter (melted)
  • 1 1/2 Cups Brown Sugar
  • 4 Eggs
  • 6-10 Apples depending on their size- peeled and diced


Caramel Glaze 

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup Thickened cream
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 Tsp salt
  • 2 cups Icing Sugar
  • handful of chopped pecans



  1. In a large bowl combine melted butter, brown sugar and eggs- whisk until all combined. In a smaller bowl mix all the dry ingredients and slowly fold them into the wet ingredients. Using a spatula mix really well.
  2. grease a non stick Bundt tin and set aside.
  3. Fold through your diced apples into the batter mix and then place into the greased Bundt tin.
  4. Place into the oven on 180 degrees for approx 45mins or until tested with a skewer and it comes out clean. Once the cake i done, set aside and allow to cool.
  5. While the cake is cooling down for approx 10-15 mins then get a start on the Caramel Glaze.
  6. In a saucepan, add the butter, sugar and cream- mix really well until all combined.
  7.  Whisk through the Icing Sugar until no visible lumps- sprinkle in your salt and then instantly pour over the cake.
  8. Crush the pecans and top over the Glaze with a sprinkle of Icing sugar.
