- 1kg Chicken breast fillets
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- Chopped parsley
- Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 2 eggs (whisked)
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- Prepare 3 plates for the flour, eggs & breadcrumbs.
- Mix parsley & Parmesan into the breadcrumbs.
- Coat each fillet into flour, then the egg wash then largely the breadcrumb mix. Repeat for all pieces.
- To cook the schnitzels is totally upto your preference. The oven, grill or pan fry!
