- 4 Desiree potatoes ( skin on)
- 4 Chat potatoes (skin on)
- Olive oil
- Italian herbs
- Parmesan cheese
- Garlic powder
- Scrub potatoes with a vegetable scrubber.
- Cut into wedges and place into a bowl.
- Coat with olive oil followed by adding the herbs & cheese.
- Once potatoes are coated with the herb & cheese mix- line a baking tray with parchment/baking paper.
- Line the wedges with the skin side down and place into the oven till crispy.
- Once done serve with your preferred dipping sauce we used ranch & mustard with dill.
