Being a mother of 3 I know how hard it can be to keep the kiddies eating healthy.
Store bought treats like icecream tend to be jam packed with sugar and preservatives.
So I decided to come up with a easy yet quick version of a ‘popsicle’ with it being both healthy and Delish!
They were a huge hit with the kiddies during summer☀️
Ingredients:
🍴1 tub of yoghurt ( flavour of your choice)
🍴cut up fruit (fruit that blends with the choice of yoghurt)
🍴Popsicle moulds
Method:
1.) cut up fruit into small pieces. Mix well through the yoghurt.
2.) pour into Popsicle moulds & freeze for 4-5hours or overnight.
And there you have it a yummy but healthy treat.
